Which Scenario To Read First?
Casting Couch
Ann was shocked when she got an email from an big acting company. She knew that she was fairly popular at a model, but she didn't think she was big enough to get asked to act! Especially not by a company so big.
They told her that things weren't set in stone yet and that they wanted to meet up for an interview first. She wasn't sure if they actually wanted to interview her, or if they just meant to write audition instead. Just incase, she prepared for an audition and practiced acting in various different roles for days until it was finally time to meet up.
The location was bit... strange. It was at an apartment instead of an office building like she expected. It made a bit of sense though. The apartment was likely cheaper to rent out for auditions like this.
She knocked on the door and waited a few minutes for it to finally opened. When it did, the guy inside was shocked to see her. Not just him. His wife seemed shocked too.
"Hi... I got an email last week about potentially being featured in a movie. I'm pretty sure the address mentioned this place, but maybe I got it wrong?" She said nervously as she checked the address again. It seemed right though...
"Y-Yes! You got it perfectly right. Your Ann, correct? We loved your modeling and was hoping to have you play a character in our new horror film. Of course, there's a lot of people that we have in mind and we wanted to interview you first and see how we get along and if you'd be right for the role."
He then lead to a couch in the corner of the room, across from a desk. There was a big camera pointed directly at the couch. She didn't mind though. Whether this was an interview or an audition, it made sense to be able to look through the footage again later to make sure if she really was the right or wrong person for the role.
For a few minutes, they talked as if they were friends. All three of them laughing and asking each other questions. It seemed like the interview was going surprisingly well.
"I gotta say, you are doing an amazing job so far, Ann. Though it is about time that we get into the more serious questions. These will decide if your a good fit or not." He said with a smirk. "So please answer honestly."
